HERE’S MY STORY:
In 2008, I started a blog that I named The Champagne Diet. It was a cheeky title I chose because the blog truly was inspired by a glass of champagne. I was going through a rough time in my life; working a mind-numbing job, and entrenched in a toxic relationship. A friend suggested I start drinking champagne as a healthier choice during our weekly happy hours, and I was immediately hooked. But it wasn’t just the bubbles that hooked me – I saw champagne as a metaphor for the way I wanted to begin living my life. I wanted to feel effervescent and glamorous.
So I had to make changes. My blog documented that sparkling transformation. I fell in love with story telling. Then I decided to take everything I learned and help other women live their most effervescent lives, too, so I became a certified life coach. I started writing and self-publishing my books. Then I launched my podcast. Then I created a line of apparel. Then I wrote some more books. And relaunched the blog.
I created my own empire because I went ALL IN on my vision.
There’s no other way to do it, babe. You can’t be one foot in on your way to greatness.
To date, I have a globally-recognized women’s empowerment brand that has impacted millions of women around the world. I have created an empire of self-published books that have been translated in 9 languages and counting. I've landed a six-figure, double book deal with Penguin Random House. My work has been featured in major media outlets like Forbes, Oprah Daily, Success magazine, INC, Entrepreneur, Glamour, Cosmo, and so many others (all organically, I might add, without a publicist). My podcast has reached nearly 11 million listeners and is recommended by Oprah and Forbes.
I have created a wildly fulfilling, joyful, and successful life, and I earn a ton of money doing work that lights me the F up.
And all of this has happened because of my unique approach to following my fire, trusting my intuition, and moving with certainty.
